Egybling Website User and Member Agreement 

General

By using this Website, User represents and warrants throughout the Agreement Term that:

- User will comply with and is bound by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein. 

- User should be at least 18 years old to perform any transaction on The Website. 

- User’s registration details are current, true, accurate & will be updated should any changes occur.

Terms & Conditions

1. User Conduct & Website Use 

- User agrees that access and use of The Website is on user's own & sole risk. And it is only for personal and non-commercial use.

- User account is not transferable to any other person or entity. 

- User must safeguard login credentials. 

- User is fully responsible of maintaining the confidentiality of own account. 

- User shall not post or transmit through this Website any material which violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, or any material which is unlawful, offensive, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable, or which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law. Egybling will fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing Egybling to disclose the identity of anyone posting such communications or materials. 

- User is strictly prohibited to publish any content that contains advertising of any commercial or non-commercial solicitation. 

- User should never interrupt or attempt to interrupt the operation of The Website in any way. 

- User acknowledges that Egybling has the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend User’s memberships at any time if User breaches any term set in this agreement. 

2.Modification of Terms and Conditions & Termination

- Egybling reserves the right at all times to change any of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice, your continued use of The Website or any of the materials contained on The Website, following such notification will be deemed your conclusive acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions. 

- Egybling reserves the right to terminate this agreement & cease User’s account for any reason. Any Voucher/Reservation issued prior to termination will be honored according to its terms and the terms of this Agreement.

3.Orders & Payment

- We accept online payment using Visa & MasterCard Credit & Debit cards in most currencies. 

 - The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and service provider/property policies & rules.

- Multiple transactions may result in multiple posting to the cardholder's monthly statement. 

 - Once the payment is processed, User will receive purchase confirmation immediately by email along with the electronic Voucher /Reservation of the service bought. All Vouchers/ Reservations & purchase history are also stored to user's account on the website. However & on Egybling sole discretion, we reserve the right to reject any confirmed order at any time & in this case full payment will be refunded to the purchaser. 

- Prices & availability of products and services offered at The Website are subject to change without prior notice. 

- In case of error in listing a price of a service, Egybling has the right to cancel any placed orders related to this Voucher & refund any amount paid to consumer. 

- In case a service provider/ Property has permanently closed its premises after a purchase is made, Egybling will refund the Voucher value unless it has been expired already. 

4. Vouchers & Reservations

- Each Voucher comes with set of Terms & Conditions stated by the Service Provider/ Property. All information listed in Voucher/ Reservation & Terms & Conditions are fully applicable to this Voucher/ Reservation. 

- Voucher are valid till the last day of "expiry date" stated in the Voucher/ Reservation confirmation.

- If a Voucher expires, no refund will be made for any reason. 

- Egybling is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged Voucher.

- Each Voucher comes with unique number code & QR code, anyone you provide these codes can redeem your Voucher. Once redeemed, the Voucher cannot be used again.

- For modification of confirmed bookings, no show or early checkout, property policies apply as stated in the Voucher/ Reservation Terms & Conditions. 

- All Vouchers are inclusive of taxes, unless otherwise stated in the Terms & Conditions.

5. Refund Policy

- Online confirmed booking: You can cancel & request for refund of any order except "Flash Sale" & unless otherwise stated in offer terms & conditions within 48 hours after placing the order & not less than 36 hours of check in date. Any refund request after 48 hours of purchasing date or less than 36 hours of check in date will be declined. All "Flash sale" are non refundable & can't be canceled. For any amendment or cancelation request after 48 hours of placing the order, property terms & conditions apply, you can contact the property directly. 

- Booking can not be cancelled if check in date is less than 36 hours away. 

- Pay now, book later and Booking Request offers: unless you have contacted the property & booked, you can cancel & request for refund of any order except "Flash Sale" within 48 hours of placing the order. Any refund request after 48 hours of purchasing date will be declined. All "Flash Sale" are non refundable & can't be canceled through Travelverz.  

- Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card. 

6. Copyright, Trademarks, Intellectual Property Rights and License

-  Egybling Website, Trademark and its contents (Collectively Egybling IP) are exclusive property of Egybling & it is protected by copyright law.

-  Egybling Website also contains copyrighted material, trademarks and other proprietary information, User has no rights or licenses in or to Egybling Trademark or any materials contained on The Website other than the limited right to use The Website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Copying, distributing, transmitting, posting, linking, deep linking or modifying any part of The Website, or any other unauthorised use of the images & content of The Website may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy, and civil and criminal statutes.

-  Any content or material submitted by the User to the Website must own a copyright or was granted a copyright and by submitting any content, User automatically grant Egybling the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use it in any way for any purpose worldwide.

-  By uploading any content to the website, User agrees that it will be made available to other users to access, store or reproduce.

7. Website Content

- Egybling do not warrant the accuracy nor the completeness or usefulness of any content published on The Website by different Merchants, Users or providers. 

- Egybling is not responsible and shall not be liable for any opinions, endorsement, reviews or statements published on The Website by different users. User acknowledges that any reliance on any such opinion, advice, statement, memorandum or information will be at user’s sole risk. 

- Egybling reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor or take any action deemed appropriate regarding disputes that User may have with other Website users or any Merchants, Partners and Affiliates. To the extent the law permits, User releases Egybling from any claims or liability related to any content posted on The Website and from any claims related to the conduct of any other Website users, Merchants, Partners or Affiliates. 

- Any external links provided at Egybling Website is for user’s convenience and Egybling doesn’t represent, endorse, control these websites nor warrants or guarantee the accuracy of any of its content. User agrees that accessing these links is on user’s sole risk. 

- User is not allowed to post any hyperlinks to The Website, should this occurs, Egybling reserves the right to suspend user’s account.

- Egybling will not deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of United Arab Emirates. 

8. Warranty & Limitation of Liability: 

- User agrees that use of Egybling Website & mobile applications is at user’s sole risk. 

- Neither Egybling, employees and its associated agencies, warrant that use of the Website will be uninterrupted or error free, nor do they warrant the results that may be obtained from use of The Website, or the accuracy, reliability of content of any of information, services or merchandise provided through The Website. 

- Egybling do not warrant the standard or quality of any product or service provided by any Merchant. 

- Egybling is not responsible of any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages or injury resulting of or related to the use of The Website & its content, the redemption of Voucher nor the service or product offered by any Merchant.

- In no event will Egybling liability in connection with a Voucher or related to any damages, losses, causes of action and total aggregate liability arising out of or related to this agreement exceed the amounts paid by the user, if any, for accessing this Website.

- Egybling reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate on its sole discretion. 

- On its own behalf, any of Egybling officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and information providers has the right to assert and enforce the Warranty & Limitation of Liability provisions directly against User.

9. Indemnity

- User agrees to release, defend, discharge and indemnify Egybling and any related body corporate, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents and the other participants and/or users ("Released Parties”), from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debts, and expenses including but not limited to attorney's fees (and whether accruing to User, User’s heirs or personal representatives)) arising from: (a) User’s access & activity on The Website or mobile applications or any other person accessing The Website using User’s service account; (b) User’s violation of any term of these Terms and Conditions; (c) User’s violation of any third party right, including, without limitation ,any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (d) any claim that any content submitted by User causes damage to a third party 

- This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and Conditions and your use of Egybling.

- On its own behalf, any of Egybling officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and information providers has the right to assert and enforce the indemnification provision directly against User.

10.Applicable Law

- United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile, governing law is the local law of United Arab Emirates. 

- You agree that any and all disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be governed by and in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates.  

11.Change of Terms & Conditions

- The website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore Users are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day it is posted. 

- You agree that any and all disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be governed by and in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates. 

12.Force Majeure

- In case of incidents beyond control like terrorism, natural disasters, earthquakes, fire, riots, floods, and other similar events Egybling will not be liable for any default or delay in the performance of its obligations under these agreement terms.
